Unbaked baking
This refers to temporary firing in which the risk of damage is reduced by evaporating water and removing impurities from the dough, and water absorbency and durability are obtained by tightening the baking process. Firing takes about 10 hours at about 900℃, although it varies depending on the kiln environment.
素焼き焼成
生地中の水分を蒸発と不純物の除去により破損リスクを抑え、焼き締めによる吸水性と耐久性を得る仮焼成のことをいいます。窯環境により異なりますが約900℃前後で約10時間かけて焼成します。
